	Made in Scotland All our products are individually sewn in Scotland. Wherever possible, raw materials for our products are bought from suppliers in Scotland or the United Kingdom.
	Fleece pattern/colour availability Most of the fleece patterns and some of the colours that Snugbugs use change constantly. This adds to the individuality of your Snugbugs product. Where you have supplied alternative choices on your online form or order form, this will be substituted for you. Failing provision of alternative choices, we reserve the right to substitute a design/colour as close to your original order as possible. If you are at all unhappy with your substituted choice this can of course be returned to us, however we are sorry we cannot refund any postage. (See 'Returns' section below for more details).
	Fleece material The fleece material we use is 100% Polyester. Our products are made using single thickness fleece to minimise the risks of overheating. Fleece is a very warm material and care should be taken not to bind a baby in any of the Snugbugs blankets. It should preferably be used as a layer on its own or as a second, outer layer. As an added precaution, due to the size of our cot blankets and cot bed blankets, they should only be used for babies over 1 year of age. Pram blankets are suitable from birth. The sleeping position recommended for babies by The Foundation of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome is 'Feet to Foot'. Feet should be placed at the foot of the pram, cot or cot bed and bedding should be made up so your baby can't wriggle under and get too hot.
	Orders Orders can be made using our online order form by clicking on the 'BuyBuyBuy' button to the left of your screen. You can post us your completed form if you do not wish to submit it online. Currently cheques/postal orders only are accepted. For trade customers, we accept direct bank to bank transfer or cheque which we request in advance of dispatch of your order. Your Snugbugs product(s) will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of your order and payment due. With Snugbugs there should be no 'wait 28 days for your purchase'.
	Washing/Care instructions All Snugbugs products carry a printed label with full washing and care instructions. Fleece is 100% Polyester Keep away from fire (fleece is flammable) Machine washable at 40oC (Medium) Wash Dark Colours Separately Do not iron, tumble, dry clean or bleach Fleece is a material which dries very quickly. Pilling can occur with fleece material after use.
	Returns/Exchanges If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us. Send your purchase(s) back in the original packaging together with your despatch note (address on contact us page). If you wish to exchange your product for another product in our range please include any difference in price between the new and returned item. If you require a refund, we will send you a full refund for the cost of the product purchased. No refund will be given for either the original or return postage.
